Flint Project
You will research the ongoing drinking water crisis in Flint, Michigan. You will then create (with your group) a summary of the situation in a medium of your choice (choose from presentation, poster, website, etc) that addresses both the chemistry and the social/societal aspects of the issue. Your summary should answer the following questions at a minimum.
I am attaching a web link and three articles to help you answer these questions. You may use others if you wish, but these are a good starting point.
- What is the problem?
- How did it happen?
- How can it be fixed?
- Who is to blame?
- Who should pay to fix it?
- How can this problem be prevented from occurring elsewhere?
